The Problem

Qolo, a first-party provider for ledger, money movement, and card issuing, is on a mission to simplify financial infrastructure. They approached Renegade seeking a complete rebrand and full website build that would allow them to stand out in a competitive fintech market.

Wanting to expand their reach with banking and FinTech clients, Qolo needed to redefine its identity to showcase its pioneering solutions in a compelling way. The challenge was to craft a brand that reflected both their technical expertise and their unified approach to financial infrastructure.

From this, we built a comprehensive brand strategy, including Qolo's core messaging framework and aspirational brand story.

Zig when others Zag


We created a brand identity that captured the uniqueness of Qolo's solutions. Taking our philosophy to ‘zig’ when others ‘zag,’ we developed a bold and unconventional visual identity - what we like to refer to as 'dark mode'.

Product Naming - Unique Yet Unified


Qolo’s products stand out from everything else on the market, so the product names had to reflect that.

Since Qolo’s solutions are highly advanced - almost scientific in their precision - we drew inspiration from themes such as physics, energy, and movement.

By playing on the use of the letter ‘Q’ from the brand name, we enhanced the ownability of the products to Qolo itself.

Overall, the naming construct is harmonised - creating a family of names with a clear approach that can be easily scaled to accommodate any future products that may be on the roadmap.

Comprehensive Website ReBuild


From UX/UI design to content strategy, development, we created and built a website that reflects Qolo's unique identify as a unified provider of simplified financial infrastrucutre.

With intuitive customer journeys, the site offers visitors an easy-to-navigate and engaging user experience. We delivered strategic content that is designed to communicate Qolo’s expertise and industry leadership.

We developed Qolo’s case studies and testimonials allowing Qolo to communicate its credibility. By bringing visibility to the leadership and wider team, the website builds trust with visitors.

To increase engagement and demonstrate Qolo’s industry leadership, the website now includes Insights, Events and News & Blog content connecting users with Qolo's thought leadership & latest activities.

And of course, the site has full CRM integration to catch all enquiries, then directing them to the relevant departments.

Consistancy Straight Out Of The Gates

To bring the brand to life, we did a complete overhaul of all Qolo's existing assets - including social media templates, sales decks and other communication materials.

Delivering these assets in parallel with the website build enabled Qolo to communicate consistently across all touchpoints from day one of the re-brand.

ReLauCHINg In Style


To kick off Qolo’s re-brand, we created a sizzle reel to introduce the company and showcase their new identity.
It was used as part of the company’s internal re-launch and is also being showcased at industry events.
